After developing his foundational expertise as Head of Funds and Retail at Pirelli Real Estate, Marco launched his entrepreneurial career in 2007. Since then, he has led high-end investment boutiques, combining an institutional approach with the agility of a private advisor.

A Bocconi University graduate with an Executive specialization in Corporate Finance (SDA Bocconi), Marco has been an MRICS member since 2007. He balances his professional focus with his practice as a Yoga Teacher, bringing discipline and mental clarity to high-stakes decision-making.

With a solid background in Real Estate Law, Monica developed extensive expertise in civil litigation, leases, and enforcement procedures. Before being appointed CEO of Tevere, she served as Head of Real Estate Management and Consulting, where she mastered the complexity of legal affairs and compliance for large-scale mandates.
Background

Graduate in Law (Old System) from the University of Parma, Monica combines her deep legal knowledge with a pragmatic approach to management. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to transparency, technical excellence, and the protection of client interests within the Italian market.
